Current Openings:

2nd Shift Linepacker - 3:50 p.m. - 12:20 a.m. Monday - Friday

3rd Shift Linepacker - 12:10 a.m. - 7:40 a.m. Monday - Friday

Starting pay - $13.05/hour + .20/hour shift differential 

The linepacker position performs tasks involved in the production of the company's products.  This includes packaging product, maintaining product flow, and completion of paperwork in a fast paced manufacturing environment.

- Package product in various packaging type and quantity to meet design and quality standards.

- Maintain product flow by observing equipment.

- Complete all production and inventory paperwork to assure accurate counts, product description and proper customer identification information.

- Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping practices.  

- Perform periodic checks on product quality to assure all products meet specifications.

Maintenance Technician - all shifts

Starting pay - d/o/e

The maintenance technician is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the company's business goals and objectives.

- Maintain production machines and equipment.  Perform emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and perform scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment.

- Analyze and troubleshoot facilities and production machines and equipment, order repair parts within cost limitations and complete repairs and all required paperwork.  Maintain replacement parts inventory and recommend items to be kept in inventory.  Perform maintenanance parts pickup and delivery as assigned.

- Must demonstrate proficiency in the operation of all testing and diagnostic equipments used by the maintenance department.

- Perform routine and repetitive maintenance functions on facilities equipment and assigned machines and equipment and maintain all required records and reports.

- Research all machines and understand functions, processes, controls, auxiliary equipment and wear/stress points.  Recommend procedures to increase output and improve efficiency.  Recommend machinery that will increase output, quality and efficiency.  Develop and update operating manuals.  

- Design, install and monitor safety devices on production and facilities equipment.  Randomly test safety equipment and devices to ensure correct operation and effectiveness of devices.  Tag out any machine found to have nonfunctional safety devices and report same to the process engineer.  Report all instances of safety device disablement, disconnect, or tie down by employees to the process engineer or plant manager immediately.

- Temporarily assume process engineer responsibilities to the extent and duration assigned by the plant manager or process engineer.

- Train production operators as assigned.

- Assist with set-up and start up of all new equipment.

- Follow all safety rules and regulations including proper use of required personal protective equipment. 

- Participate in short and long-term planning and implementation.

- Knowledge of principles of blow molding.
 
- Ability to read and analyze machine system prints i.e. electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic.

- Minimum 2 years maintenance experience, required.
 
- Occasional travel to seminars, conventions, trade association meetings, and equipment manufacturer training programs.  Some of this travel will be overnight.
